White males accounted for 68.46% of suicide deaths in 2022.

Early Warning Signs
Losing interest in things they once loved.
Disengagement from work, activities, taking part in social events and gatherings.
Increased alcohol or drug use.
Recklessness or a disregard for personal safety.
When to Take Action
If you hear someone expressing dark thoughts, especially those of self harm or taking their own life, or how the world would be better without them.
They might brush it off or say they are joking – it is not a joking matter.
