With Love From Lauren

Hey! I’m Lauren

I don’t just help people set goals — I help them rise to their full potential. I’ve always been fueled by purpose, driven by excellence, and committed to showing up with impact. My foundation was first built through college athletics, where I learned the power of discipline, resilience, and leadership — lessons that continue to shape how I lead and serve. I later brought that same fire into financial planning, helping people not just plan for the future, but create it with intention, clarity, and confidence.

My Philosophy

I believe in the power of honesty — honesty with others AND ourselves. I’m talking about being raw, real, and unapologetically human. I don’t show up in a blazer for the sake of perfection; I show up with purpose and a fire in my belly. My work is rooted in vulnerability and courage, because I know real strength is found in the willingness to be seen, heard, and known — exactly as we are.

Whether I’m speaking to a room of ten or ten thousand, my mission is the same: to create space for honest conversations, spark healing and help others rediscover their value, and drive connection and transformation. I lead with authenticity, speak from lived experiences, and am rooted firmly in belief that our stories — even the messy ones — carry purpose, power and hope.

  • "Thank you for the work and love you’re putting into this. Part of my younger self is just really grateful to see people I know spreading education and love about something that is so real, and so difficult, and not talked about enough."

My Journey

During college life took a turn I never saw coming. A once-promising relationship became unhealthy, and as the darkness deepened, so did my mental health. I reached a breaking point — one that forced me to make the hardest choice of my life. That chapter ended in tragedy, with his suicide.

That pain reshaped everything. Today, I stand unapologetically as an advocate — for survivors of abuse, for those navigating the aftermath of suicide, and for anyone carrying the weight of trauma, hardship, or loss. I use my voice to break silence, spark healing, and to remind others of their strength — no one should have to feel alone, and everyone deserves a path forward.

Some Fun Facts

Okay, that was a lot of serious stuff. Here’s some more fun things about myself:

Music Icon

I absolutely LOVE music. Like I’m in the top 1% of listeners for Spotify each year. Some might say I am a bit obsessed… It can be country, 70’s or 80’s, Broadway, pop… you bet I’ll be singing along.

Speaking Icon

I can speak Spanish and grew up speaking it with my mother occasionally in our house. She volunteered to teach it at my elementary school, and even to this day we will sometimes text one another in Spanish. Te amo, mama!

Baker Icon

I am a great baker, and a good chef as well. Growing up I would bake nearly every weekend, until my pants got to be a bit too tight. I still bake occasionally and love to share with friends. Monster cookies are a top favorite.
