Let’s Get Real
You’re not here by accident. You’re here because you’re ready for change—real change. Maybe you’re tired of the same old pattern. Maybe you’re searching for clarity, confidence, or the courage to walk away from what no longer serves you. Or maybe you’re ready to build relationships that uplift instead of tear down.
Whatever brought you here, one thing is certain: it’s time to move.
Sound familiar?
“I don’t want to just survive—I want to actually live.”
“I’ve lost myself trying to make others happy.”
(I’ve felt that big-time, sis!)
“I don’t even recognize myself anymore.”
“I know I deserve better, but I don’t know where to start.”
“I want to set boundaries, but I don’t know how.”
“I feel like I am never enough, no matter what I do.”
I don’t do surface-level conversations. I speak truth, challenge perspectives, and give people the tools to break free, heal, and step into their full worth.
Are you ready?
Let’s Do This Thing Together
I am a girl moved by faith, a former athlete, a writer, a speaker, a mental health advocate, a fighter for all those in abusive relationships, and a friend to those who are hurting. I’ve walked through the fire, fought my own battles, and come out stronger. Healing is possible, you don’t have to do this alone, and the strength is already within you—we just need to get moving. Here’s how:
Speaking
Words have power—but action changes lives. My speaking isn’t just about inspiration; it’s about transformation. I challenge, equip, and empower audiences to break cycles, reclaim their worth, and build lives rooted in strength and self-respect.
Book
I have faced profound loss and navigated an unhealthy relationship that ended in suicide—it has been far from easy. My hope is that sharing my story becomes a valuable resource, reassuring others that they're not alone in their struggles. I dive into concepts we often avoid discussing, offering readers a fresh perspective.

Winter Reflections — Protecting Your Peace & Finding Joy in the Season
As we move into the holidays, life can feel a little louder, a little heavier, and a little more complicated than usual. Maybe your traditions look different this year. Maybe your schedule is full. Or maybe you’re simply trying to keep your head and heart steady in a season that asks a lot from all of us.
Wherever you are, this is your reminder to slow down and protect your peace.
Take a moment to notice what’s going well. Give yourself credit for the quiet growth no one else sees. And choose the things—big or small—that genuinely bring you joy.
A few grounding practices for this season:
Create Margin:
Give yourself permission to rest. Protect pockets of stillness that help you reset and breathe.
Check In With Yourself:
How are you feeling mentally and emotionally? What needs your attention—and what doesn’t?
Realign Your Priorities:
As the year wraps up, reflect on what matters most to you and release what no longer fits.
This season isn’t about perfection. It’s about intention—moving gently, choosing joy, and honoring your capacity.
Coming Up:
✨ Mini-Series on Social Media

🌟 New Speaking Events

The Unfortunate Reality
These are not just statistics—they’re people. They’re stories of pain, silence, life, and death. Behind every percentage is someone struggling to break free, some questioning their worth, wondering if things will ever change. But awareness isn’t enough. It’s time for action.
Roughly 30% of women and 25% of men student-athletes report having anxiety... only 10% of all college athletes with known mental health conditions seek care from a mental health professional.
