Let’s Get Real
You’re not here by accident. You’re here because you’re ready for change—real change. Maybe you’re tired of the same old pattern. Maybe you’re searching for clarity, confidence, or the courage to walk away from what no longer serves you. Or maybe you’re ready to build relationships that uplift instead of tear down.
Whatever brought you here, one thing is certain: it’s time to move.
Sound familiar?
“I don’t want to just survive—I want to actually live.”
“I’ve lost myself trying to make others happy.”
(I’ve felt that big-time, sis!)
“I don’t even recognize myself anymore.”
“I know I deserve better, but I don’t know where to start.”
“I want to set boundaries, but I don’t know how.”
“I feel like I am never enough, no matter what I do.”
I don’t do surface-level conversations. I speak truth, challenge perspectives, and give people the tools to break free, heal, and step into their full worth.
Are you ready?
Let’s Do This Thing Together
I am a girl moved by faith, a former athlete, a writer, a speaker, a mental health advocate, a fighter for all those in abusive relationships, and a friend to those who are hurting. I’ve walked through the fire, fought my own battles, and come out stronger. Healing is possible, you don’t have to do this alone, and the strength is already within you—we just need to get moving. Here’s how:
Speaking
Words have power—but action changes lives. My speaking isn’t just about inspiration; it’s about transformation. I challenge, equip, and empower audiences to break cycles, reclaim their worth, and build lives rooted in strength and self-respect.
Book
I have faced profound loss and navigated an unhealthy relationship that ended in suicide—it has been far from easy. My hope is that sharing my story becomes a valuable resource, reassuring others that they're not alone in their struggles. I dive into concepts we often avoid discussing, offering readers a fresh perspective.
Current Updates
Sustaining Momentum Without Sacrificing Yourself
By now, the fresh start of a new year has settled into real life. The goals are no longer shiny. The routines are being tested. And the question quietly shifts from How do I start? to How do I keep going—without burning out?
Momentum isn’t built by pushing harder every day. It’s built by learning how to sustain your energy, attention, and capacity over time.
This is a season for recalibration—checking in on what’s working, what’s draining you, and what needs to be adjusted so your progress can last.
Just as important: this is a reminder that setting aside time for yourself isn’t a reward you earn after success—it’s part of what makes success possible.
A few grounding practices for this season:
Protect Non-Negotiable Time for Yourself:
Whether it’s quiet mornings, movement, creative time, or simply space to think—regularly investing in yourself helps prevent burnout and keeps your momentum steady.
Evaluate What’s Fueling You (and What Isn’t):
What habits, commitments, or expectations are supporting your well-being and progress? What’s slowly depleting you? Small changes now can make a big difference later.
Refocus on Sustainable Progress:
Success doesn’t require constant intensity. Consistency, clarity, and compassion for yourself are what carry momentum forward.
This season isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters—while protecting the well-being that allows you to show up fully, both personally and professionally.
Coming Up:
✨ Mini-Series on Social Media
Short, practical videos focused on mindset, identity, emotional well-being, and sustainable momentum.

The Unfortunate Reality
These are not just statistics—they’re people. They’re stories of pain, silence, life, and death. Behind every percentage is someone struggling to break free, some questioning their worth, wondering if things will ever change. But awareness isn’t enough. It’s time for action.
Roughly 30% of women and 25% of men student-athletes report having anxiety... only 10% of all college athletes with known mental health conditions seek care from a mental health professional.
